My new phone

The day my phone literally flushed out, i decided i need a new phone. I just needed a normal phone which would suite my daily needs. Sadly due to external sources I had to buy a good phone. And yes. The specifications were "NO NOKIA". That was k because I no longer am a Nokia fan. Maybe everyone was at one point of time. Hence I started my never ending search.

Decided to pick up an android because it felt more practical due to a lot of reasons. Especially the apps even though do not match the quality of apple but is a good bargain. Maybe i am not a big fan of the iPhone. So my options were clear. Needed a phone that i can slide into my pocket with ease and also easy to type. Cause messaging takes up half my life :-)

So once the search started i quickly was bent upon the qwerty android phone.

Samsung pro and HTC chacha were my 2 options. The was the Motorola buy i didn't consider it. Don't ask me why. You can just call it gut feeling. After which I finalized on the HTC chacha. So excited i was because nice phone . Looks quite good and the etc etc. Lets not really worry about the specs too much because I worry about the feel more than whats inside. Eventually more options creepers in and 2 of them being the Samsung galaxy ace and LG optimus one. Both good options. But eventually shortsighted the LG optimus one because i didn't want the guilt of buying a mid range phone which does not suck like a cheaper phone or perform like a good phone. So LG it was. Again another huge bomb in the territory and loads of thinking and discussion. But moreover instinctively I decided on the Samsung galaxy s with the amoled screen. There was a debate about LED vs LED screen but the LED screen seemed more practical. Here are few pictures of the phone not sure how its going to show up because posting this using the Blogger app for android. Initially the phone was nice, it still is actually. One thing to my surprise was how sleek it was. I was happy :-D basically because my one criteria was ticked off. And the user interface is also very give though I think the HTC has slightly outshined Samsung in that. I was slightly disappointed about the build quality because it was all plastic. But again makes it slightly lighter so no complains. Talking about the inside of the phone lets not worry too much on the specs because you can find it online . But one awesome thing was the built in memory which makes things very convenient plus the expendable slot which makes things better. The only thing which i miss is the flash for the camera. But again not worrying too much about it. Testing is quite convenient on the phone. So is the calls. There is no call drop as of now but its see. Gprs seem to be working fine along with the wifi. The only thing I found annoying was you have to dig deep to find something. One you get used to it.its ok. But because i was from a non-smartphone background I found it a little difficult initially. But its.ok now. Talking about the camera its quite brilliant in bright situations . But in low light the performance is so so. But its fine because all phones behave that way. Lets talk about this feature on a later date so that i can give examples. Battery like all smartphones does not last too long. Maybe the initial excitement. Lets see once the excitement dies down how long it will last me. Only time till tell :-) Well more talks.once i use it a little more. But for now signing off from this post. Adios!!!

Roads...Hell???or Heaven??

3/4th a engineer now and i guess i've see quite a bit of the all. Already get cursed for the bad buildings,bad construction,and so on. But still proud to be a Civil Engineer for the mere fact that nobody can live without us. 

This is not self praise or anything but just that atleast for the approval of the Government our sign is required. Makes me feel proud for the demand people show towards us at times like that. Its so glad to be a Civil Engineer. The course has given me a lot more respect for all types of construction.

Lets talk about recent issues.THE ROADS. I know I know everyone wants progress in the work. I know work has to get done faster. I know everyone expects better roads. But has anyone ever considered paying their taxes in time or rather even doing anything for the development.

For a second lets just consider that we pay our taxes in time. Have we ever considered parking out vehicles on the edge of the newly laid road? Nope,we want our vehicles to come to our door step even at the cost of having bad road just in a couple of days. Do we ever consider closing up the dug up road for the drainage or water line for our own houses? We rather just fill it up with mud or stuff available around and later blame the bad roads.

Just for a fact,Concrete..the wonder material need 28 days to attain its full strength. Noone's really aware of it and we expect faster construction at the cost of unfinished structures and then later blame the system that the roads were not done properly.

I agree the level of corruption is high and the system is not right. But even when the system is fine in small little areas we screw it up. Is it our negligence or our stupidity?? Maybe its both.

I don't really know how many people will read this but i hope if anyone does will treat our roads in a better way because they are definitely a path to heaven if kept in one piece. Else we would just be down under.

Write?? or wrong?

Its been sometime since i wrote something so thought will just punch in the keys.

Just wondering whether technically the word write is applicable to the world of computers.Lets just look below

Write=To form (letters, words, or symbols) on a surface such as paper with an instrument such as a pen.

That means my first line is technically incorrect but it does not matter,after all we live in a world of free speech where only the speech exists and freedom is only to speak to yourself.Anyways getting back to the point of writing.Is really computer generated text termed as writing or just typing.

Lets look down below again

Type=to write using a typewriter or word processor.

So right now after this definition I'm technically writing.Feels good not to have a pen in your hand and people not really bothered to comment on your handwriting even though theirs is equally bad.
I always thought blogging is a great option to spread your word around but the point is who's gonna read it.Well we have a lot of options to get people to read it starting with the friends who would read it for sympathy sake,then there is "Orkut!!!" and the rest where u can put in your link and random people visit it.There are bonuses in either of the ways and both have their short comings for various reasons one can come up with everytime he/she thinks about it.Whatever it is its all a personal opinion and I have no intensions to change it whasoeve.

Safe Riding Tips

Yes,i go for rides,not the rides your thinking about right now.

RESTART: Yes, i go for bike rides.Much better i hope and still if u have wild thoughts i really cant help it.Anyways,we ride and ride and ride and ride and stop and ride and ride and ride and stop which i can go on and on and on but yeah the point is lost in the middle of nowhere which makes my typing useless and your reading too.

Lemme tell u about how we go,here we is referred to the fellow bike mates.
Here are the following steps to a good ride
1)Plan your ride,yes its the most important thing.
2)Your ride should be in good condition,so get the best stuff for it.
3)Avoid cheap lubrication,it only affects performance.
4)Lights,a very important thing.
5)Proper protection against the natural forces are a must.
6)Rubber,that's what keeps u on the road.So change it frequently.
7)Squeaks are natural so just avoid them.
8)Exhaust system is very essential.Keep all the dirt off it.
9)When not in use,keep the ride covered.
10)A lil bit of hard riding only improves your skill.

Follow these steps and u will definitely attain the riding salvation.Its a very divine process so do it with utmost care but most importantly enjoy the ride and remember "Its not the ride,its the Rider ;) "

Whats to do with this crap?

This is possibly my first and last post.While i just sit and think what i am writing about the only thing the flashes in my head is the words "What am i gonna write about?".Not very pleasing but yeah...yet i decide to write something like the title of the blog suggests and i still dunno why i keep punching in the keys which i feel i am just wasting my time but I'm still going on like a idiotic maniac who has no work but to keep typing.Here I'm gonna post about everything possible and requests are accepted gladly which i will write about.All requests are to be sent at my e-mail id which u can find somewhere around and i wont type it cause I'm too lazy to press the shift and 2 button together.Quite stupid i know but yeah that's how the world is "CRAZY" and we are just a part of the craziness.The more i type the more i feel stupid and i still keep going because i dunno how to conclude.maybe a picture would compensate it.I'm gonna search my comp and the first picture I find I'm gonna post it up.
And here we go



Whatever that is i have no idea but u can have a good look at it and wonder what it is.For me it looks like a man looking up and a spider going into his nose or something like that.You might have a whole different thought to this but its perfectly normal,we definitely we don't want the same boring things with the same 'ol people or maybe or whatever.Ah!!!who cares
